We represent large and small businesses and individuals in all manner of patent practice. Initially, our clients are advised on patentability of their idea, invention or creation. Our firm then will handle the preparation and prosecution of the U.S. or Foreign Patent Application. This includes reissue, re-examination or appeal proceedings if necessary. Then as an extension of our Patent practice we provide counseling to our clients in reference to the licensing and/or assignment of their patent rights. Finally, as a continued service to our clients we monitor newly issued U.S. and foreign applications.

We are registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. We have experience in a wide array of scientific fields including simple mechanical devices, physics, engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, medical, telecommunications, electronics, computer software and business methods.
